Ian Hosking Richards
Ian is a well-known personality in the real estate industry. He has made numerous tv appearances and has written books and many articles for magazines and newspapers on all things related to property investing. He is also known for his philanthropic endeavours – he is the founding Chair of The Solomon Foundation Ltd, a registered charity that provides medical assistance to our near neighbours in the South Pacific, with a special focus on the Solomon Islands.
Ian has held a full real estate licence for over twenty years, however over this time his main experience of property management has been as landlord of a large investment property portfolio. This has given him a unique insight into what is important to landlords. Value for money, service, minimal time spent on managing properties and transparency at every stage. This is what we offer.
Clare Rowley
Clare is a real estate professional, having held a full real estate license for over 15 years, starting from the ground up as a Property Manager to latterly as Principal in Charge. Her main area of expertise is in property management and relevant legislative processes although she has had exposure to other aspects of the property industry which has given her a depth of experience that is beyond that of your average property manager.
Being a Gladstone local her knowledge of the local area is unsurpassed and her network of personal as well as professional contacts that she has built up over the years means that she is at the top of her game and sought out as the preferred property management agent for many of our landlords in Gladstone and beyond.
